By now you all know that if we didn’t continue making improvements to CaliStyle101, our names wouldn’t be Chris and Leslie. It’s quite simple. We have a simple goal here at CaliStyle101 and that’s to make CaliStyle101 THE BEST forum in the industry. That’s it! We want our members to feel like when they are here, they are home and they get tremendous value.

Part of the reason for us wanting that to be the case is because we have great members who provide constant feedback, which gives us the motivation we need to continue working on different features, providing resources and expanding opportunities.

This month is a month of change. The longer we run the forum, the more we learn about what it takes to make our goal a reality. We’ve made tremendous progress in the 6 months since the relaunch of CaliStyle101 and we thank you for sticking with us through this process.

Now for the changes:

The New Mentoring Site/BLOG

WOOOHOOOOOOOO. This is the one that I’m most excited about. I've been Looking forward to this for almost a year now. The new mentoring site concept is complete, and you can ALL get a Mentoring Blog built by yours truly. This is a great resource for you to have. If you are trying to build an online business, having a blog is a GREAT way to do it. You can find out more about the new mentoring blog below:

If you already have a Mentoring site from me and would like to get yours upgraded to the new version, please send me a pm in the forum with your website address, username and password, and I will try to make the update as soon as possible. However, please be patient with me over the next week :)

Featured Networks

We would like you to join us in welcoming the newest additions to our featured networks. InnovusNet and MoneyBonanzas. We believe that those networks have what it takes to provide a great experience for our members and we are excited for what is to come from these networks. If you haven’t started trading with them as yet, now is a great time to start.

The new Quickstart Subforum

This is something we’ve been looking forward to for a while. When new traders come to CaliStyle101, they will be directed (via a video) to find a mentor in the Quickstart subforum. There are three requirements to being able to have a trade thread in that subforum:

1. You must be a Silver Member
2. You must have completed AT LEAST 3 trades on Featured Sites
3. Only Featured Sites can be traded in the quickstart subforum

This change allows for us to offer more value to both the Silver Members and Featured Networks - our strongest supporters. Because of their support, we have been able to implement many of the changes you enjoy today.

Since these are new requirements, ALL silver members who have had 3TR at CaliStyle101 before the time of this posting have been automatically upgraded to be able to start a trade thread there. We are asking you all to go ahead and start a trade thread there, so that we can get the forum populated and make a Quickstart Video tomorrow showing new Traders the process.

Also, if you are a Silver Member and have gone green on 3 featured sites elsewhere, please contact ChrisDeals with that info, he will research it and upgrade your account. HOWEVER, YOU ONLY HAVE UNTIL THIS FRIDAY TO DO SO. After Friday, the regular procedure will apply for everyone.

Everyone is free to trade in the Cash for Referrals and Referral for Referral subforums as usual.

Those are all the changes for now, but stay tuned, we have more tricks up our sleeves :)

Thanks Leslie, but I'm not too keen on allowing trades from other forums to be used here. But if that is how you're going to have it can we just transfer all our trades from other forums and our TR's over here? Afterall there have always been featured sites and if folks chose not to use them here I for one don't feel it is right to reward them for using those sites on other forums when they could have been using them here. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Awesome . . . as usual . . . I'm excited! So, in essence, and please correct me if I am wrong--we can now have a total of 3 different threads posted, and bump each one 3 times a day? Also, are we allowed to have TraInn sites in our thread in this section as well? I would assume so, as TraInn does have it's own sub forum/rotators. Again, please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you. Agree with this 100%, unless you really what you mean what you wrote here:

If you are a Silver Member and have gone green on 3 featured sites elsewhere...

When I read it, I assumed that you meant that you were opening this up to people who had 3 iTr from whatever source on featured sites, which I would disagree with, for the same reasons as CouldB.

But if you actually ARE intending to open it up solely to Silver Members who completed enough offers to earn one full credit and go green on 3 featured sites, with the iTr recorded on a different forum (which would presumably be a decision made by their mentor), then that's an interesting twist. I'd probably agree that that's fair, since the trader who is being paid to complete offers rarely decides which forum the iTr will be recorded on.

I must applaud your efforts, and especially your letting the old timers who have TR ratings elsewhere to be grandfathered in.
